The full process

The full process: how the managed store partnership works

01

Apply

Answer a few application questions. If we determine you're a good fit, you can schedule a call.

02

Discovery call

We'll walk through the business model, setup steps, and realistic timelines, and work with you to achieve your goals. This isn't an aggressive sales pitch, just a genuine, straight-up conversation.

03

Business setup

You'll form the LLC, open an eBay seller account, and set up business banking and payments. We'll guide you through every step and be available 24/7.

04

Dedicated store environment

We'll help you set up a dedicated environment for the store, including a dedicated device or an approved cloud setup. We can work out these details together.

05

Backend system setup

We'll connect our internal systems: reporting, order workflows, remote access, and monitoring.

06

Launch and warm-up

The account is warmed up gradually with organic sales. Protecting long-term account health is key for pushing volume. Steady beats fast every time on eBay.

07

Store management

We take care of daily operations: listing, pricing, sale events, order fulfillment, customer support, returns, tracking, and account health monitoring. You can get as involved as you want, or be completely hands-off.

08

Weekly reports and monthly P&L

We'll provide weekly performance updates and a full monthly profit sheet that accounts for costs, fees, losses, refunds, returns, and agreed expenses.

09

50/50 profit split

We split net profit, not gross. If we earn nothing, you earn nothing. These aligned incentives are designed to make this as much of a win-win as possible. No retainers, no hidden fees, and no BS.

10

Expansion

Once the first store reaches maturity and consistently performs, we can add additional stores, referrals, or other platforms. There's a real road to $3–5K+/month in passive income.
